"Portland Fashion Week PROJECT RE-FAB: The Little Black Dress for the Art Institute of Portland. For RE-FAB, students were asked to use the fabric of their graduation gowns to create little black dresses, and that they did with many little one shoulder or strapless numbers that belied their brainy origins. But first look, best look, Jason Bray's sunburst quilted dress with it's exaggerated hip silhouette was a strong statement, winning the $500 prize."
